- High standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation.
- Have a thorough understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen including COSHH and HACCP
- Ideally be able to drive or live locally.
- Have a passion for fresh food and good attention to detail.
- Have the confidence to create and be innovative.
