Patent Litigation Associate

Our client, a leading international law firm listed in Fortunes Best Places to Work for 20 consecutive year are seeking a dynamic attorney 2-5 years experience in Patent Litigation to join their thriving, nationally recognised Patent Litigation group in Washington, D.C.

What are the firm looking for?

• 2-5 years Patent Litigation experience
• Technical background in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Physics or similar related technical field.
• Prior Litigation experience involving District Courts, ITC or PTAB preferred.
• Law firm experience
• JD from ABA accredited law school, with stellar academics.
• Barred in Washington, D.C.
• USPTO registered / eligible is a plus, but not necessary

The firm is offering a market rate salary of $225,000-$345,000 (subject to change, in line with Cravath Scale 2024).
