Form of workG2 Legal is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Patent Litigation Solicitor with NQ to 3 years of PQE to join our client's dynamic legal team. This role will primarily focus on handling Patent Litigation matters with a specific emphasis on cases related to the High Court and UPC.

Key Responsibilities:
- Patent Litigation: Manage and support Patent Litigation cases from inception to resolution, with a primary focus on High Court and UPC Matters
- Legal Research: Conduct in-depth legal research, analysis, and due diligence to build strong case strategies and stay updated on the latest developments in patent law, especially as they relate to the High Court
- Drafting and Filing: Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and responses, and manage case-related correspondence
- Case Management: Collaborate with partners, associates, and support staff to efficiently manage case workloads and deadlines
- Negotiation: Engage in negotiations, settlements, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) efforts when appropriate
- Client Development: Contribute to business development efforts by maintaining client relationships, participating in pitches, and identifying opportunities for new cases
Qualifications:
- NQ to 3 years of PQE in Patent Litigation, with a strong preference for candidates with a focus on High Court matters
- Previous experience in Life Sciences
- Excellent academics
- In-depth knowledge of patent law and litigation procedures
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
