Role Overview
As a Patent Secretary at this firm, you will play a pivotal role in supporting my clients patent practice. Your responsibilities will include document management, client correspondence, database maintenance, and collaboration with legal professionals. Requirements:
- Previous Patent experience, including use of EPO line filing software to prepare E-PCT, GB, PCT and divisional applications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Excellent typing skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and a quick learner of new software tools
- A team player with the ability to work collaboratively
