Patient Safety Coordinator

**New Opportunity – Patient Safety Coordinator* 

Venn Group is working with a large community-based organisation in London to recruit for two Patient Safety Coordinators. The successful postholder will support in the day-to-day operations of the Patient Safety function.  

Duties: 

• Producing and compiling serious incident reports off of Datix 
• Overseeing the business processes of the Patient Safety function 
• Supporting on internal clinical audit systems 
• Attending and minuting meetings 

Candidate profile: 

• Datix experience (essential) 
• Quality and/or clinical governance position  
• Strong administrative background  

Location: South West London 

WFH: 3 days on site  

Hourly rate: Band 5 £20.18 PAYE inc hp or £22.96 umbrella 

Hours: 37.5
