Patient Services Officer:
Venn Group has partnered with a large Healthcare Organisation in the Manchester area who is urgently in need of a fulltime Patient Services Officer.
Key Duites:
- To provide advise and support on how to raise a complaint
- Reslove any complaints in a quick manner
- To be able to go through the complaints process, when investigating the issue as well as lisaing with the Patient Services Manager
- Arrange and attend both meetings and hearings, to also provide and create cases
- Responsible for data entry- ensuring all information was updated
- Maintain and update all recrods on the database
- To be able to manage a large amount of complaints in a professional manner
- To be able to draft and send responses regarding complaints
- To have Information Management Skills
Please be aware this role is a fulltime roles, and experince with complaints within the NHS is required.
