Payroll and Accounts Payable Coordinator
* Permanent
* Salary up to £35,000
* Hybrid working - 3 days a week in the Central London office
I am partnering with a global communications organisation who are looking for a Payroll and Accounts Payable Coordinator to join the team and support the Finance Manager. This role is a 50/50 split between payroll and Accounts Payable responsibilities and you will play a leading role in managing the end-to-end payroll for the organisation.
About the role:
* Checking reports, overseeing the system (Peoplesoft) and ensuring all data in the system is correct.
* Updating new joiners and leavers onto the system.
* Collating any changes and processing these.
* First point of contact for any payroll-related queries.
* Submitting payroll submissions monthly.
* Working closely with bureaus in the UK and internationally.
* Supporting with quarterly reviews, auditing work and submitting P11D's.
About the candidate:
* Minimum of 2 years processing payroll or in an Accounts Payable position.
* Ability to analyse systems and processes for continuous improvement.
* Prior experience using payroll or HR Systems.
* Pro-active attitude.
* Detail orientated and organised.
* Exposure to international payroll is preferable.
