Responsible for Payroll and Client invoicing:
- support all timesheets and invoicing requirements from clients.
- Ensuring timesheets are entered in a timely manner and in accordance with client requirements and deadlines.
- Assisting with incoming payments to match up and then process to contractors.
- Liaising with clients on payment status to ensure contractors paid on time.
- Processing payrolls and generating relevant information to contractors.
- Uploading payment files and creating manual payments to contractors.
- Working with Customer Service Co-Ordinator to manage client and contractor requirements.
