Payroll Administrator

Position: Payroll and Customer Service Coordinator
Type: Full-time/On Site

Payroll Administrator Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Administration:
    • Process and manage payroll functions accurately and efficiently.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations and employment laws.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to gather payroll-related information.
  • Customer Service:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
    • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels.
    • Resolve payroll-related issues promptly and professionally.

Payroll AdministratorQualifications:

  • Proven experience in payroll administration and/or customer service roles.
  • Basic knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., payroll software, CRM systems).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.

Customer Service CoordinatorEducation and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

Client On boarding:

  • Assist in the on boarding process for new clients, explaining payroll procedures and services.
  • Coordinate with clients to collect necessary information for payroll setup.

Payroll administrator: Documentation and Record Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate and organized payroll records.
  • Generate reports and documentation as needed for internal and external
  • takeholders.

Payroll administrator : Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in both payroll and customer service.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and updates in payroll regulations.
