Payroll Administrator Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Administration:
- Process and manage payroll functions accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations and employment laws.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather payroll-related information.
- Customer Service:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Resolve payroll-related issues promptly and professionally.
Payroll AdministratorQualifications:
- Proven experience in payroll administration and/or customer service roles.
- Basic knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., payroll software, CRM systems).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
Customer Service CoordinatorEducation and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Client On boarding:
- Assist in the on boarding process for new clients, explaining payroll procedures and services.
- Coordinate with clients to collect necessary information for payroll setup.
Payroll administrator: Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and organized payroll records.
- Generate reports and documentation as needed for internal and external
- takeholders.
Payroll administrator : Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in both payroll and customer service.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and updates in payroll regulations.
