An excellent opportunity to join our operations team in our Sheffield head office.
Full time hours, Monday-Friday - 9-5.
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting all admin functions within the business as well onboarding new workers/employees.
- Answering clients/customers enquires via email and telephone.
- Inputting data onto the systems
- Checking documentation and right to work
- Chasing up missing documentation via telephone/email
- Setting up payments onto the systems
- Seeing new starters through to their start dates
We are looking for someone who:
- Excellent communication skills and phone manner
- Able to work in a team
- Strong admin and computer skills
- Comfortable making outbound and answering incoming calls
