A large hospitality group are looking for a Payroll Administrator on a Permanent basis with a salary paying up to £32,000. They are looking to add to their team where you\'ll be joining them in an office based near Berkshire working on a Hybrid Model.
Your new role
Your new role will see you reporting directly to the Payroll & Benefits Manager, where you\'ll be asked to fulfil various responsibilities.
Responsibilities will include:
- Good understanding of the end-to-end processes within payroll complying with our Company policies and procedures.
- Ensuring all records are kept up to date, able to communicate well to resolve queries and providing an excellent experience for all employees.
- Support the specialists within the team by having a flexible approach to prioritise, organise workloads through to delivery of payroll excellence
- Administrative Duties
What you\'ll need to succeed
To succeed, you will need to have worked at least 6 Months working within the payroll function as you'll be expected to hit the ground running. You will have strong attention to detail, a high level of speed & accuracy, strong communication skills, and a strong hunger to succeed. You'll ideally have an Intermediate Excel skills & understanding of the payroll function and knowledge including legislation and tax.
