Payroll Administrator - Accountancy Practice

Location: Manchester

Job Type: Full time, permanent

My well established, leading accountancy practice client based in Manchester. They’re now on the hunt for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their growing Payroll Team.

Responsibilities:

• Complete start-to-finish payrolls
• Manage your own portfolio of clients
• Manage & process weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly & monthly payrolls
• Collate and action calculations concerning additions & deductions to gross pay
• Manage auto-enrolment responsibilities & reporting
• Input, check & process new starters & leavers for clients
• Produce all wage slips
• Collate and action statutory payments

Requirements:

• Experience working in an accountancy practice/bureau (Desired)
• IRIS Star experience (Preferred)
• Experience in identifying, investigating and resolving discrepancies in timesheets and payroll records
