Payroll Administrator

We are supporting our Redditch based client in their search for a Payroll Administrator to join them on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity well suited to someone looking to forge a career within payroll. You will be working as part of a dynamic payroll function and will be tasked with supporting the existing team with the fully array of payroll duties, within an in-house payroll function. My client is looking for a proactive candidate who thrives in a fast paced working environment and possesses excellent communication skills. This position offers hybrid working and study support.

Daily duties and experience required includes:

• A desire to work within a payroll environment
• Ability to accurately input large amounts of data accurately
• Confident communicator with the ability to liaise with internal and external departments
• Thrives in a team environment, but able to work under own initiative
• Strong task management skills
• Working within a previous payroll capacity would be advantageous, but isn't essential
