The role
We are currently looking to recruit a Payroll Administrator to join our payroll team.
We currently have 3 payrolls, weekly with approx. 1800 employees, monthly with approx. 2800 employees and a Guernsey payroll.
Within the role you will provide accurate, complete, and timely data entry, processing, and maintenance in the payroll system. Other areas of responsibility include working closely with employees and the business in providing quality support, advice, and query resolution.

What we’re looking for
The requirements for the role include:
Knowledge and experience of:
- Previous experience in payroll administration, within a high-volume environment, with a strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations (Essential)
- Working knowledge of current pension regulations including auto enrolment (Essential)
- Familiarity with current legislation and all statutory requirements (Essential)
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information (Essential)
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities (Essential)
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with team members and interact with employees (Essential)
- Proficiency in using Resource Link to process payroll (Desirable)
Qualifications and training:
- Payroll Technician Certificate (PTC) via the CIPP (Desirable)
