Payroll Administrator - fully home based
24,000 - 28,000 (depending on experience) + 20 days holiday + pension + health-care
I'm delighted to be working with our reputable, growing, fast-paced health-care business as they seek to appoint a Fully RemotePayroll Administrator, to report to the Payroll Manager as they grow the Payroll Team. TYou will take overall responsibility for the Payroll Administration, and be pivotal in supporting the Payroll Manager, and you will work Fully Remotely.
You will be joining this friendly, growing business, at a period of rapid growth, so a very exciting time to be joining, due to these expansion plans.
As the Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for:
Collating and updating payroll documents ready for the Monthly payroll for the 10 sites
Processing of the monthly payroll, including starters, leavers, pensions auto-enrolment etc
Running payroll reports for the wider finance team
Answering payroll related queries via email and telephone
Preparing monthly reports following the finalisation of payroll
Other ad hoc tasks as required, ensuring flexibility and complying with any reasonable requests made by your line manager
Issuing P60, P11d and P45s
Liaising with HMRC where required
Work with the payroll team to ensure accuracy of data
Management of sickness report to provide to HR each month
The successful Payroll Administrator will offer:
- Experience of working with minimal supervision and ideally with recent previous UK payroll experience
- Can think strategically and act operationally
- Ability to work in a close-knit finance team and adding value
- Be responsive to all situations when needed
- Recent UK experience - ideally Payroll experience, but any finance experience or office experience will also be considered
- You must be a UK resident
