Payroll Administrator, GBP26k pro rata, Glasgow, Part Time 20hrs Hybrid Working

What does the day to day look like?

• Processing full end to end payroll across a variety of frequencies
• Ensuring deadlines are adhered to for all payroll payments
• Processing 3 monthly payrolls
• Handling payroll queries and liaising with third parties
• Ensuring compliance is adhered to and carrying out regular peer reviews
• Auto enrolment and re-enrolment

Are you who we re looking for?

• Minimum of 1 years experience working in a payroll environment
• Full working knowledge of Xero is advantageous
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office packages with particular emphasis on Excel

The set up:

• Would need to do 3-4 hours daily across 5 days
• Only required to be in the office 2 days out of the 5 the other 3 would be working from home
