We are looking for an additional Payroll and Benefits Administrator who would like to help us reach our mission of ‘making lasting connections with our customers to improve their lives’.
As the Payroll and Benefits Administrator your key responsibilities are:
- Take ownership of processing multiple end to end payrolls, ensuring we pay our people accurately and on time.
- Administer flexible benefits and company pensions.
- Provide customer service to internal and external customers, and respond to complex, pay and benefit queries.
- Work as a team member to identify process improvement and maintain data accuracy of payroll systems.
- Adhere to legislative requirements when processing payroll whilst ensuring company policies are observed.
About you
- Previous experience within payroll is essential
- Excellent time management with the ability to work under pressure and thrive with the challenge of regular deadlines.
- Excellent data accuracy and numeracy skills.
- A self-motivated team player with an appetite to maintain payroll related skills and competencies.
- Maintain and stay abreast of changes to employment and payroll legislation via continual personal development.
