Salary: £23,000 to £25,292

Hours: 35-38 per week

Schedule: Mon-Fri days

RSD Technology are seeking a professional administrator to assist the payroll department with incoming and proactive daily tasks.

Requirements:

• High standard of communication skills – written and verbal

• Professional and well presented.

• Ability to work autonomously as well as with others in a small team environment

• Well organised and self motivated, with a positive nature

• Experience working within an office environment.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Good time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise work-load

• Ability to work under pressure towards tight deadlines.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Payroll/Financial data processing and administration

• Dealing with queries and enquiries efficiently and effectively to resolution

• Incoming/Outgoing post

• Photocopying & Filing

• Other administrative tasks and ad hoc duties as required by the Office Manager.
