Payroll Administrator

Proactive Personnel are working with a forward-thinking, innovative company based in Bangor, North Wales to recruit for 2 Payroll Administrators to join the EMEA Payroll Team.

You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the payroll function for a number of different offices.

Payroll Administrator Duties -

• Process international payroll for employees using the dedicated EMEA payroll system
• Enter and maintain employee data, including new hires, terminations, and changes in employment status
• Generate payroll reports for management and accounting purposes
• Working with the payroll providers and third parties

Experience-

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll administration or related field
• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracyConfident using complex spreadsheets on Excel
• Ability to analyse data and identify trends or discrepancies
• Familiarity with basic human resources practices and principles
• Ability to work to targets
