The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for:
- Accurate processing and recording of company's payroll
- Providing timely and accurate financial information
- Participating in daily data entry Payroll processing
- Collaborating with the HR department and compliance teams
- Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures
- Resolving discrepancies by collecting and analysing information
- Providing payroll information by answering questions and requests
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Profile
The successful Payroll Administrator should have:
- Relevant educational background in Accounting & Finance
- Proficiency in data entry and management
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Good knowledge of payroll systems
- Solid understanding of financial and accounting procedures
- Strong ethics, with a high level of confidentiality
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
