Title: Payroll Administrator
Location: Leicester
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000
We seek a Payroll Administrator with a resilient, positive, enthusiastic, and methodical mindset to work in our busy department.
You'll have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to produce accurate, quality work while adapting to shifting priorities.
In this role, you will:
* Process payroll before deadlines.
* Inform stakeholders of missing data pre-deadline.
* Guarantee accurate pension deductions per Auto-enrolment and Salary Sacrifice.
* Enter all new/departing employee documentation.
* Distribute P45's, earnings statements, and other paperwork.
* Reconcile and authorize BACS reports, summaries, analyses.
* Transmit payroll 4 days pre-pay date for on-time direct deposits.
* Respond to general inquiries; Assist with reconciliation and audits.
* Help issue accurate P60's.
Essential Skills:
* Understanding UK payroll compliance.
* Performing complex tax/leave calculations.
* Excellent communication abilities.

* Organizing and prioritizing to meet tight deadlines.
