Responsibilities
- Checking the number of hours employees have worked
- Calculating wages and salaries
- Calculating pay raises, shift payments and overtime compensation
- Issuing tax forms and related documentation and assisting employees to complete them
- Deducting tax and insurance payments
- Changing employee bank records when necessary to process payments accurately
- Initiating direct deposits
- Setting up new starters in SAGE
- Processing and leavers and relevant documentation
- Pension enrolments
- General payroll administration duties
Skills & Experience
- Previous financial quote and services
- A small understanding of car finance process
- To be able to be self sufficient
- Being able to self-manage
