Position:Payroll Administrator
Location: Warrington
Job Type: Temp contract - 7 months
Hours: 9am - 5pm (Monday - Friday)
Rate: 12 - 14 per hour
Company: SJC Partners are currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join a food and beverage service in Warrington.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Company's payroll system, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and employment terms, and meeting payroll deadlines.
- Inputting and verifying payroll data
- Processing payroll
- Issuing payslips, P45/P60 forms, etc.
- Resolving payroll inquiries
- Managing absence control records (SMP, OMP, OSP, SSP)
- Handling overtime payments
- Managing payroll deductions
- Administering pension schemes
- Supervising time and attendance management and gratuities.
- Provide payroll-centric support and administration for pension schemes.
- Process and maintain all payroll-related records/returns for statutory bodies, while furnishing necessary payroll data to the management team.
- Assist in the maintenance and support of the existing Payroll system.
Requirements:
- Payroll experience
- ADP experience desired
- Proficient in spreadsheet usage.
- Comfortable handling calls and addressing telephone queries.
- Understanding of payroll legislation and regulations.
