Payroll Administrator

Position:Payroll Administrator

Location: Warrington

Job Type: Temp contract - 7 months

Hours: 9am - 5pm (Monday - Friday)

Rate: 12 - 14 per hour

Company: SJC Partners are currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join a food and beverage service in Warrington.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Company's payroll system, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and employment terms, and meeting payroll deadlines.
• Inputting and verifying payroll data
• Processing payroll
• Issuing payslips, P45/P60 forms, etc.
• Resolving payroll inquiries
• Managing absence control records (SMP, OMP, OSP, SSP)
• Handling overtime payments
• Managing payroll deductions
• Administering pension schemes
• Supervising time and attendance management and gratuities.
• Provide payroll-centric support and administration for pension schemes.
• Process and maintain all payroll-related records/returns for statutory bodies, while furnishing necessary payroll data to the management team.
• Assist in the maintenance and support of the existing Payroll system.

Requirements:

• Payroll experience
• ADP experience desired
• Proficient in spreadsheet usage.
• Comfortable handling calls and addressing telephone queries.
• Understanding of payroll legislation and regulations.
