The Caroola Group are excited to be expanding the teams within The Caroola Apprenticeship Academy and are seeking an enthusiastic and talented individual to join our team as a Payroll and Pensions Apprentice

As an Apprentice, you will embark on an exciting and rewarding journey that combines practical on-the-job training with academic learning.

This position offers a structured pathway to success.

Role Overview:

You will reporting to the Payroll Team Leader and over a period of 18 months complete the Payroll Administrator level 3 qualification. Whilst progressing through each module of their apprenticeship full training will be given to apply the learning to day-to-day tasks within this business area.

Job Specification:

· Actioning incoming documents such as P45s / New Stater Checklists
/ Post

· Processing leavers

· Incoming queries; manual calculations of salary payments

· Processing end to end umbrella payroll

· Processing CIS payroll

· Set up of private pensions

· Making amendments to contribution amounts

· Dealing with incoming queries in relation to private pension and auto enrolment pension

Person Specification:

· Must have Grade C or above in English & Maths

· Can demonstrate good IT skills

· High level of accuracy

· Organisational awareness

· Effective communicator

· Follows all tasks through to completion

· Have an interest in a career in Payroll & Pensions
