Grafton Banks Finance are supporting a client in Brighton who are looking to recruit a Payroller on an initial 6 month fixed-term basis. This role is focusing on assisting the Payroll Manager with ensuring the payroll, benefits and pensions are paid correctly and on a timely basis.
Duties may include:
- Liaising with HR to collect employee data.
- Calculating payroll (wages, holiday, overtime)
- Preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end payroll reports
- Processing weekly and monthly payroll
Essential experience:
- Previous experience working within a payroll or payroll administration role
- AAT qualifications (desirable, not essential)
- Available on immediate or short notice
- Able to commute to central Brighton on a daily basis.
