Payroll Assistant
Location: Brighton
Job Type: Full-time, Temporary (until 3rd April 2024)
We are seeking a Payroll Assistant to join our team on a full-time temporary basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely data entry for payroll processing. This role requires a good knowledge of Excel and data entry skills and is based in the vibrant city of Brighton.
Day-to-day of the role:
Assist with the accurate checking and input of payroll timesheets.
Ensure all payroll-related data is entered correctly and in a timely manner.
Manage cost codes and payroll entries to maintain accurate financial records.
Collaborate with the payroll team to resolve any discrepancies.
Support the payroll department with ad hoc duties as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data entry software.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Good organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Previous experience in payroll or data entry is advantageous but not essential.
