A brand new opportunity for an experienced Payroll Assistant to join a successful business based in Guildford. This is a remote position.

Description

• Collating monthly bonus and overtime from Team Leaders
• Preparing Monthly payroll for 260 staff. (2 companies)
• Holiday Accrual Calculations
• New Starters/leavers/payrises administration
• Onboarding staff to HR portal
• Maintaining all staff records including end of probation etc

Profile

• Must have previous Payroll experience, either in house or accountancy bureau
• Sage experience essential
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good communication skills
