Payroll & Benefits Specialist

Portfolio Payroll are honoured to be working with a global technological company in the Stafford area who are looking for a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join the fast-growing company in a standalone position.

This role is permanent, full-time (37 hours) and offers hybrid working after an initial 3-6 weeks in the office.

In this role, you will be processing their inhouse payroll of less than 500 on a monthly basis start-to-finish as well as reviewing the company benefits to ensure employees are receiving the best possible benefits.

Therefore, in order to be successful within this role, you MUST have sufficient experience processing inhouse payroll start-to-finish. Furthermore, you MUST have experience working with benefits and/or have experience of implementing new benefits schemes.

This client offers free onsite parking, 22 days holiday + bank holidays (which increases per year) and offers fully funded study support.
