As the Payroll Coordinator you'll help people when payroll queries come up and you'll feel appreciated - everyone will know your name and will trust you, implicitly, with their confidential information.

You'll have lead responsibility for processing payroll, on a monthly basis, from start to finish, so you should be comfortable with end-to-end payroll management for over 500 employees. You'll be dealing with people at all levels to investigate time and attendance reports. Other duties will include pension auto enrolment, the administration of the benefit in kind schemes and you'll work closely with HR to ensure new starters and agency staff at up to date.
