What You'll Do as a Payroll Executive:

Ensure accurate and timely end-to-end payroll production for diverse clients, adhering to statutory regulations and meeting payroll deadlines
Collaborate with a team to deliver excellent service to multiple clients
Manage payroll deadlines and requirements for a personal portfolio of clients
Stay updated on statutory and legislative regulations through in-house training
Handle import/export of new employee and timesheet data, including starters, leavers, absences, variations, salary changes, benefits, allowances, contract types, Child Care Voucher schemes, and pension deductions
Process statutory payments
Generate payroll reports, P45s, etc., using in-house systems and Microsoft Excel

About the Ideal Candidate:

Proficient understanding of payroll deadlines and requirements
Effective and articulate communication skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Capable of providing guidance and support to team members and other teams/offices as needed
