SalaryRole: Payroll Executive
Location: Manchester/ Glasgow
Salary: up to £29,000 + study support for CIPP
Hybrid: 1 day in the office
We have partnered with an accountancy firm with offices based nationwide who are currently looking for a Payroll Executive to join their growing team.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintain a portfolio of client payrolls processing around 1000 headcount.
- Ensure monthly salary payment for client payrolls are transferred to the correct accounts in a timely manner.
- Good understanding of the payroll software and its functionality
- Respond to client queries regarding payroll in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain an up-to-date client status schedule.
- Calculate leavers pay when leaving mid-month.
- Calculation of statutory payments
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in Payroll
- Studying towards the CPP
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
- Ability to support other team members
