SalaryMorgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Finance & Payroll Assistant to work for a great company based in the Billingshurst, West Sussex area. The Finance & Payroll Assistant will process weekly payroll and maintain payroll data as well as help out with other finance duties when required.
Salary: 28–32K
Location: Office based, parking onsite
Hours: 8am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday
Finance & Payroll Assistant duties:
- Processing weekly payroll
- CIS payments and calculating payments
- Checking and processing Pensions submissions
- Monitoring and updating payroll records, checking and reconciling payroll reports
- Preparing payroll journals
- Handling employee payroll queries
- Assist with any other accounting support if required
Skills and experience:
- Proven experience working in payroll and accounting support role
- Ideally have used Sage 50 Payroll and Sage 50 Accounts
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
