* FULLY REMOTE PAYROLL MANAGER OPPORTUNITY *
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Payroll Managerto join a well-established, growing & ambitious Chartered Accountancy Practice based in North London.
They are modern Practice and in their thinking, professional in their approach, and believe in building relationships for the long term with their clients.
The Role & Responsibilities
- 150 payroll clients – three which are large (x2 +100 employees, x1 70 employees)
- Managing a Payroll Assistant to help with assigned payroll clients
- Meeting/liaising with clients (phone, emails), understanding their needs and providing solution to their queries
- Forge positive relationship with team members, assisting them with payment summaries for accounts preparation
- Planning and processing multiple payrolls on behalf of clients accurately, on time and efficiently (weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls)
- Processing PAYE payments on behalf of clients
- Regular auditing of documentation to ensure compliance and governance
- Provide professional and friendly support to clients and their employee for all payroll related matters
- Full processing and management of all pension schemes on behalf of customers
- Preparing CIS deduction sheets, verifying subcontractors, submitting CIS returns, CITB Levy
- Processing and submissions of P11Ds
Essential Skills
- 3 years minimum Payroll experience (Current & UK experience)
- Qualified by Experience / CIPP Part or Fully Qualified
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Software
- Sage Payroll but firm are moving to Bright Pay for the new tax year.
Bright Pay experience welcomed.
What’s on offer
- Salary: £30,000 - £41,000 DOE
- Benefits: Fully Remote after a 3 month Probation period (Can be more office based if you wish),29 Days Annual Leave, Full Study Support Package, Social Events & More!
- Contract type: Full Time / Permanent
- Hours: Monday-Friday: 9am-5:30pm
