SalaryAs a Part Time HR, Payroll and Recruitment Manager you will be responsible for supporting the whole UK business, managing general HR and payroll tasks as well as taking full ownership of the recruitment process.
Job title: Part Time HR, Payroll & Recruitment Manager
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Salary: £45,000 pro rata - actual salary is £25,116 (21hrs) £32,890 (27.5hrs)
Hours: Monday - Friday 9.30am - 3.30pm (27.5hrs a week) or Tuesday - Thursday 9am - 5pm (21hrs a week)
Benefits: 25 days pro rata annual leave + Bank holidays, Pension, hybrid working, Gym/Leisure subsidy of up to £50, Christmas do, team lunches
The day to day duties in your new job would be:
- Manage recruitment projects, posting roles, screening candidates and organising interviews, on-boarding and off-boarding staff, managing all staff contracts/paperwork
- Assist in preparing monthly payroll
- Support the Finance & HR Director
- Attend monthly Group HR calls
- Assist in drafting HR policies and procedures
- Manage all employee documentation, coordinate annual appraisals and provide guidance on grievance and disciplinary matters
We'd love to speak with candidates with:
- HR and Recruitment experience - this is a must!
- Payroll experience dealing with engineers and managing timesheets would be highly desirable but not essential as payroll duties can be taught
- The business moves fast so someone who is proactive and takes initiative
- Confident using HR and Payroll systems (SAGE 50 and PeopleHR would be desirable)
