Seeking an experienced hands on Payroll Manager, to lead and drive success in a fast paced, busy, payroll function and team!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the multi sited payroll.
Lead, train, develop and drive performance on a small payroll team.
Review policies and procedures.
Improve processes and drive positive change.
Experience needed:
Leading and managing a team of 3+.
Managing a multi sited, hourly and salaried payroll.
Using SAGE 50 payroll system.
Operational and strategic experience in a payroll function.
Strong leadership skills.
