Payroll Manager

Position: Payroll Manager Location: Brighton, East Sussex BN1 Role: Permanent Salary: £36,995 (Band 7, point 23) Hours: 37 per week (all year round) Qin Recruitment is working with a thriving and successful sixth form college with an excellent reputation for high outcomes, providing an inspirational student experience and adding value to all their community. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced, proactive, and enthusiastic Payroll Manager to join their busy team. You will be responsible for the full payroll function of approximately 300 staff, with a part time Payroll Assistant to support you. The successful candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of payroll and pension processes supported by payroll qualifications or equivalent experience, be able to calculate complicated pay adjustments and will be proficient in the use of payroll software and other IT packages (experience with Cintra desirable). You will be expected to have excellent attention to detail and accuracy at all times, and the ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
