Description
- Oversee the payroll processing to ensure all employees receive their salaries on time.
- Manage the payroll system and maintain updated employee records.
- Resolve any pay-related enquiries or discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with HR and Accounting departments for payroll data.
- Prepare relevant payroll reports as required.
- Update and maintain payroll policies and procedures.
- Manage annual benefits and salary review processes.
Profile
The successful Payroll Manager should have:
- Strong understanding of payroll systems and HMRC regulations.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
