AMB Recruitment Group, a leading force in the recruitment industry, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with proven payroll management expertise to contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process end-to-end payroll for a diverse workforce.
- Ensure accurate calculation and distribution of wages, bonuses, taxes, and other deductions.
- Stay abreast of relevant payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Prepare and submit payroll-related reports and tax filings as required.
- Oversee the use and optimization of payroll systems, streamlining processes.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement system upgrades and enhancements.
- Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate end-to-end payroll records.
- Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of payroll data.
- Proven experience as a payroll manager or similar role within the recruitment industry
- In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations, tax codes, and relevant employment laws
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in using payroll software (XERO) and MS Office applications
- Excellent communication skills
