Form of workRobert Half Finance & Accounting are currently seeking a Payroller to join our client's team based in Weston-Super-Mare+ hybrid working (plus free parking) on an interim basis of 3 months initially, with potential opportunity of a permanent position.
Please note - This role is suitable for candidates looking for either full time or part time hours
Start Date: Immediate
Employment Type: Temporary (3 months) with the potential for permanent placement
Hourly Rate: £13.00 - £15.00 per hour
You will be responsible for:
- Coordinate and process weekly and monthly payroll
- Preparation of year end statutory reporting (P11d/P60)
- Assist with management of company pension scheme
- Support the recruitment process, including preparation for interview/offer letters/contracts/reference requests
- Assist in on-boarding of new employees including induction process
- Support ongoing reviews of policies and procedures
- Support Holiday and Absence tracking
Person specification:
Experience needed: Proven experience in payroll administration
Skills needed: Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
