Description
The Payroll Officer / Sole Payroll Manager will:
- Manage end-to-end payroll operations ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and irregularities.
- Prepare and submit relevant reports and statements to the accounting team.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and internal policies.
- Support the implementation of new payroll systems and processes.
- Collaborate with HR and Accounting teams to streamline processes.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees regarding payroll-related queries.
- Assist in the preparation of year-end reports and statements.
Profile
A successful Payroll Officer / Sole Payroll Manager should have:
