We have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and detail-driven Payroll + Pensions Manager to join our fast-paced offices across Stamford and Peterborough Colleges.
You will work to ensure the Payroll database is fully aligned to current taxation legislation and that all data on manual and computerised Payroll and Pensions records are accurate and up to date, as well as ensuring confidentiality is fully respected.
The successful candidate will have recent experience of working within a Payroll role so you can hit the ground running. You will possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to deal with customers through various methods, such as face to face, via email or on the telephone. You will have full technical knowledge on Payroll matters to resolve queries and advise staff on all aspects of contractual and statutory pay as required.
The successful candidate will be qualified to a minimum of Level 2 in English and Maths at grade C/4 or above, be qualified to Level 3 in a relevant Payroll (or equivalent) subject, posses a CIPP Payroll qualification at Level 4, as well as holding an IT qualification at Level 2, such as ECDL, CLAIT (or equivalent or willing to work towards this).
