About the role
The Payroll and Pensions Manager will lead and be responsible for managing the Payroll function serving the TEC Partnership group including salary, pension and expenses; handling starters, leavers, contract changes and tax code adjustments as well as ensuring compliance with employment legislation and TEC Partnership policies. You will also manage a small team of Payroll and Pensions Officers and oversee the pensions within the Finance Team.
About the person
The successful candidate will have specialist knowledge of Payroll administration including SSP and the use of iTrent as a software. You must hold a Payroll qualification and be able to work as part of a team with a high attention to detail.
