Your new role
The main duties of the role are as follows;
- Support the Payroll manager to ensure the client payrolls and processed on time.
- Review the Payroll teams work and support in their development
- Assist with training and staff hiring.
- Create and maintain worker records
- Collate and sort payroll information
- Process payroll data
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and investigate errors.
- Alter tax codes and payroll data via HMRC
- Send weekly and monthly reports to HMRC and pension providers
- Calculate and process holiday payments
- Process payroll changes in Sage and liaise with clients
- Create client invoices in line with worker
What you\'ll need to succeed
We are ideally looking to speak to candidates with decent payroll experience. You must have end to end payroll and dealt with uploading pension contributions with various providers.
