Matthew at Search Consultancy has partnered with one of the UK's most established wholesalers based in Manchester to source a Payroll Specialist to join their team for a 12 month FTC.
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with payroll experience and a keen interest in food & beverage supply to join one of Manchester's leading wholesalers as a Payroll Specialist.
Key responsibilities...
- Preparing and processing fortnightly payroll for approximately 1,500 employees
- Input and maintain accurate employee records
- Process new hires, terminations, and any changes in employee status
- To keep updated with UK payroll regulations
- Reporting to head of HR
What we want from you…
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Thorough understanding of payroll regulations, taxes, and PAYE procedures
- Experienced with both Microsoft Word and Excel
- A strong attention to detail
- CIPP qualified
