A fantastic opportunity to join this global manufacturing company. Based in north Manchester, this company is looking for a payroll / accounts specialist to join them on a temporary basis. Your new role
You will be assisting with running the payroll from end to end, ensuring UK and EU payroll is completed with a high level of accuracy.
You will also assist with managing the accounts, sending out statements/invoices and chase any overdue payments with customers. Also, to ensure banking information is updated, and bank payments are accurately paid, you will assist the Finance manager with month-end duties and monthly reconciliation.
Reporting directly to the Finance manager, you will be confidently communicating budget forecasting on a regular basis and provide any finance business information to the relevant departments. What you 'll need to succeed
Experience with UK and EU payroll, using SAGE payroll system and accounting knowledge using SAP system. You will work successfully as part of the team to cover general admin duties and work closely with the HR department ensuring new starters, leavers and any contract changes are amended accurately.
You will have excellent organisational skills and be able to work to a high level of detail, whilst being able to multitask and work unsupervised. What you need to do now
