SF are working with an established and forward thinking business who are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to join their team on a 12-18 month FTC basis.
Salary Guide: £38,000K - £43,000K

Job duties:
• Process and manage accurate and timely payroll for all employees.
• Maintaining compliance with relevant regulations, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive payroll information
• Ensure complete UK & US legislative compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding payroll.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records, ensuring accuracy of information..
• Regularly audit and reconcile payroll data to identify and correct discrepancies.
• Generate and analyse payroll reports to support financial and management reporting.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on payroll data analysis.
• Address and resolve employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to provide excellent customer service.
