Title: Payroll Specialist - 12/18 month Fixed Term Contract
Location: Leicester
Salary: £38,000 - £42,000
Are you seeking for your next contract role? Are you a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist?
You will ensure accurate, timely payroll processing for all employees, compliance with regulations, and confidentiality of sensitive information.
You will work in a small, busy team supporting the Payroll Manager in accurately and timely processing all compensation and benefits across multiple payrolls.
Main responsibilities include:
* Supervising the accurate processing of employee payroll.
* Ensuring compliance with UK & US legislative requirements.
* Maintaining and updating accurate employee records.
* Conducting regular audits and reconciliations of payroll data, rectifying any discrepancies.
* Analysing data to provide insights for financial and managerial reporting.
* Handling inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
* Collaborating with HR and various departments to provide outstanding customer service.
The ideal candidate possesses:
* Good systems experience (ideally iTrent)
* Advanced comprehension of UK benefits legislation and Employment Related Securities (ERS).
* Familiarity with US payroll laws and procedures.
* Ability to utilize PAS for P11d processing.
* Advanced Excel skills coupled with manual calculation proficiency.
