Role: Payroll Specialist
Duration: 6 Months (Possibility of extension or perm based on client need & performance)
Location: UK, Fully Remote after the first 1 or 2 weeks of training on Swindon site.
Job duties and responsibilities:
Handle payroll-related enquiries from internal and external customers and aid the day-to-day payroll processes. The Role Responsible for ensuring compliance with all statutory legislation as well as relevant company policies.
Assessment of the current payroll processes and related documentation, helping to implement appropriate changes to achieve an efficient payroll environment.
Methodical checking of all monthly payroll changes processed to confirm the accuracy of data and compliance with statutory legislation as well as adherence to company policies
Production, review and distribution of payroll reports. To maintain data integrity between payroll records and associated systems including our HRIS system by running and reviewing automated interface files

Office 365, Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel

The individual will need to be organized and can assess and prioritize workloads to achieve an accurate and comprehensive payroll run within strict and sometimes pressured time scales.
