- To support individual and group activity programmes with service users. Care will be planned under the supervision of senior members of the Team.
- Identify creative ways of utilising digital and virtual means of occupying services users in therapeutic ways.
- Creating positive working relationships with local services and local activity providers for across the 4 boroughs covered by the Trust, as well as creating and compiling resources within the service.
- To provide support to families and carers, including assisting other colleagues in the safe running of the service.
- To attend and contribute to clinical team meetings and handovers across the Liaison and emergency department services.
- You will support senior team members with welcoming, conducting baseline observations following referrals.
