12 month Fixed Tern Contract
Location: Flexible across either our York or Gatwick offices
Salary up to £50,000 depending on experience + 12 flexible days in addition to 25 days holiday entitlement

Position Summary
We are recruiting for a fantastic Business Analyst opportunity currently to join the Strategy and Change team within the Nestlé Pensions team. Across the whole pensions team, we have incredibly ambitious, exciting and innovative transformational plans and we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join the team to help us achieve these.

A day in the life of a Business Analyst
You will be responsible for undertaking a feasibility analysis, assessing alignment with strategy and building the business case for all pension change proposals. You will work closely with the entire pensions team, following up on delivery and ensuring that we monitor of benefit realisation accurately.
You will:
- Assess and document proposal requirements, taking steps to understand need, liaising with subject matter experts (SMEs) and wider business stakeholders.
- Assist the business with prioritisation by undertaking a thorough business case assessment of proposals prior to initiation that includes strategic drivers, alignment with wider strategy, pre-requisites, resource requirements and costs.
- Maintain awareness of upcoming regulatory and technology changes, understanding and fully communicating any impact on ongoing portfolio of work
- Provide oversight of any additional improvement work to ensure these are valid improvements outside of other proposals and delivering improvements in line with all Nestlé policy and strategies.
- Take responsibility for ensuring identified deliverables are correctly detailed in the project plan and that work items to be undertaken by project resources are sufficient for delivery of expected results.
- Work closely with Test Analysts in test preparation to ensure requirements are understood and expected outcomes are clear.
- Pro-actively work with a range of cross functional stakeholders to deliver great results.
- Monitoring and reporting of benefit realisation post project implementation
What will make you successful
We are looking for a professional business analysis to join the team, ideally you will of knowledge of pension schemes, but we are open to those who have varied other Business Analyst experience.
Ideally you will :
- Demonstrate analysis of pensions administration-related issues with experience of delivering projects across people, process and systems.
- Ideally possess practical in-depth experience of DB and DC administration.
- Demonstrable experience of effective prioritisation and task execution in a high-pressure environment and the ability to react to changes promptly and effectively.
- The ability to evidence operational knowledge of the UK DB and DC legal, regulatory and taxation framework.
- The ability to facilitate discussions around pensions administration related issues and working collaboratively to find an optimal solution.
- Proven ability to communicate complex issues / requirements clearly in all media to a variety of audiences, including 3rd party suppliers and advisers.
- Ideally comfortable adopting a collaborative approach, including with 3rd parties, to deliver common goals to agreed deadlines, taking ownership and responsibility for own areas of work.
- Preferred but not essential, a professional Business Analysis qualification.
